We work for the candidate
Most recruitment is built around filling a vacancy. HireVertex is built around the person applying for it — your goals, your circumstances and the kind of work that will actually suit you.
Our story
HireVertex started with a simple observation: candidates were doing most of the work in the hiring process and getting the least support. People were filling in the same details over and over, waiting weeks for a reply, and finding out late that a "remote" role expected them in an office three days a week.
We built a service that flips that around. You apply once. We read every application. We tell you where you stand, and we only put you forward for roles you would genuinely want.
Everything we list is remote or online, with the pay range stated up front. If we cannot be straight with you about a role, we do not advertise it.
Four commitments we hold ourselves to
Honesty first
Real salary ranges, real working arrangements and a clear answer about where your application stands.
Always free
Job seekers never pay us. There is no fee to apply, to be represented or to be placed.
Your data, your call
Your details are shared only after you agree to be put forward for a specific role.
Open to everyone
We assess on skills and potential. Career breaks, career changes and non-linear paths are all welcome.
What happens after you apply
Your application is read by a recruiter, not filtered by software. Here is what that means in practice.
One named contact
A single consultant handles your application from first reply through to your start date, so you are never re-explaining yourself.
A reply within two working days
You hear back either way. If a role is not right for you, we say so and explain why rather than leaving you waiting.
Limited caseloads
Each consultant works with a small number of candidates at a time, so your application does not sit at the back of a queue.
Support after you start
We check in during your first few weeks in a new role to make sure the job matches what you were told it would be.
